Hossein Derakhshan is an iranian researcher at Harvard’s Shorenstein and MIT Media Lab who went to iranian prison for six years, mostly for things he had written on his personal blog. Since his premature discharge in 2014 “Iran’s blogfather” has shared a lot of interesting thoughts on the current state and the future of the internet.
